ABOUT THE CLINIC
Imagine the relief knowing you have a clear plan for recovery.
You should feel confident that you have the right health professional to guide you and get you to your goals.
Treating injury and pain involves specialist treatment and training as well as the experience and insight to assemble the right team of professionals should you need more support.
That’s where we step in with our years of experience treating humans and animals. Dealing with trauma and pain is challenging enough, so we strive to make the recovery process clear and goal oriented so you feel confident and safe.
OUR FOUNDER'S STORY
"I broke my back and was told I would never ride again."
I came off my horse onto an oxer during a jumping event. I remember being in so much pain, scared and confused, with no idea what was going to happen. The doctor said “We think you’re going to walk but you’ll never ride a horse again.” My world felt like it was collapsing and I was in panic.
The whole experience in the hospital was terrifying until I met my physio. He was calm and had a clear plan, he understood what was going on in my back and with my injury and he was excited to work with me which helped to keep me motivated. I saw him everyday for 3 weeks, then 2-3 times a week including hydrotherapy. He had me riding again 4 months after the fall!

Izzi
Physiotherapist
I chose to pursue physiotherapy because my active lifestyle and love of horse-riding meant I developed a strong relationship with my own physiotherapist. She inspired and motivated me, and encouraged my interest in learning how the body works and how physiotherapy can return people to sports after injury.
I graduated Curtin University in 2022 and during that time took on many leadership roles. This included representative positions within the University and I was also a part of some National Physiotherapy Committees which allowed me to work side-by-side with leading experts in their fields.
I am most passionate about musculoskeletal, neurological and animal physiotherapy and I take on an individualised approach with each patient to improve their quality of life. My philosophy in this career is that you can never stop learning new things and I’m excited to learn and grow with my patients.
Outside of work, I am happiest outdoors, spending time with animals, exercising, having movie nights with my friends and studying. I aim to start studying a post-graduate degree in Animal Physiotherapy in 2024.
REVIEW
"The support and professionalism we have experienced is beyond amazing."
“In October 2020 my 15 year old Daughter suffered an almost life changing injury after falling from a horse. We were thrown into a medical world that was sometimes very confusing and upsetting....but I finally found Maddie. Once I explained the story and outcome she quickly devised a treatment plan.
Maddie has a truly experienced and educated knowledge of what lay ahead for our recovery and has helped and supported us through our journey. I highly recommend this amazing lady.”
