Discuss how you felt after your previous treatment and how you got on with the exercise plan.

Carry out a comparison of your body from the first assessment until now, looking for any improvement in movement or pain.

A treatment to target the affected area.

Update your personalized exercise/treatment program as needed.

Assessment can be subjective, so we aim to create measurable, specific markers and goals so we can track your recovery more accurately.
